The 2004 state Science Olympiad (SO) competition was held at North Dakota State University in Fargo. The SO team from DLB placed 3rd among class B schools and fifth place overall Class A and Class B schools. This marks the fourth consecutive year our junior high team has attended the state competition. This also marks the second consecutive year we have place third at state.
