Here's a map showing all the places I've been by car, bike, and plane in the 48 contiguous states (I've also flown through Hawaii):
Most of the cities "visited" by air are just passing through the airport on business trips - I don't do many vacations via air. Internationally, I've been to Mexico, Canada, Guam, Hong Kong, France, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, and Great Britain.
