  • 3 extra large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Preheat a 12-cup non-stick popover pan in the hot oven for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk together the flour, salt, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth. The batter will be thin. Fill the popover cups three-fourths full and bake for exactly 25 minutes. Do not peek.
