- 6 tablespoons butter, slightly softened
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon Amaretto, or other liquer
- 6 plums, pitted, cut into chunks

Preheat oven to 350F.
Toss plums with Amaretto or other liquer. Place in an 8X8-inch glass baking dish. Mix the flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon together with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over plums and bake for 45 minutes.
