ingredients

  • 1 TB whole green peppercorns
  • 3 TB skim milk
  • 1 TB lemon juice
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

directions

Crush peppercorns with mortar and pestle or between two spoons.

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Serve with vegetables.
