- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup Crisco
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ¾ cup flour

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Mix all ingredients in mixer. Shape into balls and bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place chocolate drop in center of each cookie and bake for 2 more minutes.
