- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ cup dark corn syrup
- ½ box light brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ stick butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 lbs. sweet potatoes

Boil potatoes with salt and drain water. Place in casserole dish. Add lemon juice. Mix the butter, sugars, syrup and nutmeg together and add to casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
