  • 2 Medium Cucumbers, sliced thin
  • 2 Carrots, sliced thin
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced thin
  • ½ cup celery, sliced thin
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
