ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 medium tomato, skinned and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon picante sauce

directions

Peel avocados, remove pits and reserve one pit. Mash pulp with fork. Add lime juice, tomato, onion, coriander and salt. Add picante sauce. Mix well. Place avocado pit on top of guacamole, cover and refrigerate; remove pit when ready to serve.
