  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 2 or 3 small eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cups cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
  • cup green onion, sliced very thinly
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 unbaked pie shell, 9 to 10 inches, thawed

directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Brown and drain ground beef. Blend eggs, milk, mayonnaise and cornstarch. Stir in cheese and onions, and season with salt and pepper.
Pour into thawed pie shell. Bake 25 to 40 minutes.
