- 2 ounces fresh ginger, grated on microplane
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or grated on microplane
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- ¼ cup peeled Jicama, finely chopped
- 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
