ingredients

  • 2 ounces fresh ginger, grated on microplane
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or grated on microplane
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup peeled Jicama, finely chopped
  • tablespoons soy sauce

directions

Mix all ingredients well. Chill and serve with vegetables.
