ingredients

  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • cup olive oil
  • Pork tenderloins (3 pounds total)

directions

Mix the garlic, soy sauce and olive oil together.  Pour marinade over the tenderloins to coat and refrigerate a minimum of 8 hours.  Turn occasionally so meat is thoroughly seasoned.

Prepare the grill.  Grill meat approximately 15 to 20 minutes, rolling every 5 minutes and turning for cross-hatch grill marks, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F in the center when tested with a meat thermometer.  Makes 8 servings.
