Many thanks for everyone who helped test the widget, who offered suggestions or reported bugs. Without you, the widget would not be, and I thank all of you very much.
The widget's front side shows the current value, whether the tide is rising or falling, the date and time (which is always in station local time), the previous high or low (on the left), and the next high or low (on the right). Highs and lows are also designated with an 'H' or an 'L' as appropriate.
Clicking on the widget will open the widget up and show you today's and tomorrow's highs and lows (and slack times for currents). High tides are in bold, and slack times (for current stations) are in italics.
Flipping to the backside shows the configuration screen.
'Units' controls the units of tide stations (currents are always in knots, and current stations will not show the Units controls).
Holding down the option key while selecting the units will set the default units. If the default units are already set, clicking again on the same unit will clear the defaults.
'24 hour clock' will change the clock to display as 01:30 instead of 1:30 AM (or vice versa).
The search field needs a minimum of 3 characters, and then will search the list for any station that contains those characters. The search is case-insensitive; 'Sea' is the same as 'sea'. If you first select a region from the left list, only that region will be searched. To reset the list, click on any region that begins with '--'.
Click "Done" to accept the changes, or "Cancel" to return to the front side. There will be a slight pause as the widget handles the changes.
