Mr. Tides is open-source under the GNU public software license. If you like it, then tell me! I'd love to hear from you.
For those of you on Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger), you should use Mr. Tides 3 instead of this version. Mr. Tides 3 is completely rewritten in Objective-C and is faster and has more features than the older version.
Download Mr. Tides 2.5.6.2 for OS X 10.3.9 (8.3 MB). Use this version with GPSNavX 3.4+ or MacENC 1.0+ for tide/chart integration.
Changes for 2.5.6.2 (3/7/07)
- Updated the DST settings to use the new US time changes.
- Fixed a display problem with substations when DST starts.
- Fixed a display problem with the week view where the moon would be in the wrong location.
The complete change log is here.
Feature Requests. If you have any requests, please email me and I'll look into adding your request to Mr. Tides.
Check out my RSS feed! Ok, so it's not much, but I'll be posting news of updates and future betas there. Safari 2.0 works great for reading it.
The source for Mr. Tides is available. Please contact me and I'll send it to you. It is a RealBasic project file, so you'll need RealBasic to read it.
I've been asked many times if I accept donations. I didn't, but enough people have brought it up that I'm adding a link. This is voluntary; there are no features of Mr. Tides that are locked.

Soon to be made with XCode!
