Since I last seriously posted anything, I have done much that could allow me to fill this space with meaningless facts. So here goes. I have seen Bad Santa. I have watched hours of Futurama and James Bond. I mocked my copy of Stargate (who are the Ad-wizards who designed a DVD you need to flip after just 55 minutes?). Having already driven down to Williamsburg, I made the obligatory trip to DC. I watched the UVa bowl game. I got trapped in the obligatory traffic between Fredericksburg and DC.

I made lots of phone calls to people. I emailed others. I told myself that I shouldn't need to contact the people I assume read these posts, since they would contact me. I contacted some of them anyway. I may be seeing Runaway Jury tomorrow with anywhere between 1 and 50 people. I sat in a bar and listened to a soldier talk about what he did in Iraq. I found out that the guy who had once ridden in the trunk of my friend's car is now a convicted felon.

I ate a lot of food. I felt ill for a while. My family was mistakenly given free dessert. We ate at the new location for the Penny Lane Pub. We ate at the Jefferson. We didn't eat lunch on Xmas until 4 pm. Most of my prized gifts still exist in gift card format at this point. My computer bag is in the shop. The gas cap on the car I am using is held on with duct tape.

I could be using this opportunity to work on my moot court problem. I could be reading ahead for my spring classes. I could be working harder at planning what I will do in Cville on Tuesday. I could be doing more research on the advantages and disadvantages of various 5 megapixel digital cameras. I could hit save and post this waste of text.

Oh, and I don't know if I ever mentioned this before, but my law firm sent me a backpack as a holiday present.
