AIM Screenname Contest

Rebrand Me

My parents have recently moved beyond AOL. This means that I must move beyond my old screenname, since it was tied to their old account. AOL does not permit screennames to prevent cancellation. Probably for business reasons and possibly to prevent impersonations. Either way, as of Saturday, August 21, 2004, atommoore no longer exists. I have no favors at AOL to call in, so I am going to do the next best thing: Solicit Suggestions.

Contest: If people will leave suggestions in the comments section, I will then create poll that allows people to vote on the screenname. As long as it doesn't seem like there was ballot stuffing, I will adopt the new screenname.

Rules: The screenname must be available on AIM. It must be something I would be comfortable telling family members. I reserve the right to create new rules at any time or cancel the contest entirely.

Suggestions: I already have atommoore2 and atommoore@mac.com registered as screennames. (Yeah, I'm serious. Add atommoore@mac.com to your buddy list and you should see my account). Those are my backups at this point. If the whole thing goes to poop, I'll probably go with atommoore@mac.com just because it looks so cool. So you've got to do better than those two options. If no one submits anything, I'll just do a poll with those two. And maybe atommooreX or something.

I imagine there are only four of you out there who care, but you all spend enough time online that you know how to craft a good screenname.

So goodluck.
