Happy Birthday Maxine!

Maxine's
6th birthday!
When one doesn't have
children, yet, this is what one does. That is, if they own a pet and don't use
said pet for drug protection or care enough to have them chained in the backyard
24/7.
Maxine has turned the big "S"- "I"- "X".
Which means little in the long run of anything, but I take pride in it. It's my
longest running commitment yet. Max, of course, has no idea what the heck is
going on, but Becky and I sure
do.Becky and I took our little one
(Bunny, the cat, is referred to as "our big one") to Happy Dog Healthy Dog in
Trolley Sq. We searched the store for a birthday gift and settled on a stuffed
snowman thing. She was excited to play
with it. Unfortunately for the guy who dropped $12.50 on it, the toy lasted an
entire 2 hours until Maxine found a way to pull out the stuffing as she always
does.
When
will I learn?Well, at least she enjoys
it. Happy Birthday, X-Dawg.Oh,
and Becky and I put up our fake X-mas tree. Soon, I will emote my "Season's
Greetings." But not yet. It's just not
time.
