Conductor's Corner
The PRESTO Orchestra of OPYO has been invited to perform at the Downtown Bentonville "Lighting of the Square" on the evening of Saturday November 21. Several musical ensembles from the area will also be performing, but Daniel Hintz, executive director of Downtown Bentonville wants PRESTO to 'sound off' the moment after the countdown when the switch is thrown and the lights go on; what an honor. Many thanks to the Downtown Bentonville staff and our OPYO staff, parents and musicians for their assistance in preparing for this event. PRESTO musicians (with some YSO members) will wear a warm "OPYO" hoodie sweatshirt and blue jeans for the event. Come out and support PRESTO on this festive occasion.
