Salcombe, fully fueled and ready for the off... Where we live for the next 5 days... I'm smiling now... ...then i start thinking about what awaits... ...and my reaction... The leak is investigated. The source of the leak is discovered... 'Chaos' the resident cat at Salcombe Yacht Club.. All fixed up and away. He's smiling inside really. Pete wanted me to stop taking pictures of him. I didn't. Pete trying to make my taking pictures of him tricky. He could only escape so far... The first storm approaches... I'm smiling inside... Ian and Steve enjoying the summer weather. I'm smiling inside... ...while trying to steer the boat down the waves... we loved it really! "told you the sun would come out" A happy skippper. 3 days at sea and Pete gets wanton... Waves get up a bit! A happy skipper pt2! We foolishly decided to race the hovercraft... It won! Things to avoid in the sea part 1... Proof that God is a lighting designer... The Itchenor lifeboat crew came to visit. ...and promtly recruited Steve! It was july, honest! Waves, thousands of 'em... Jaunty angle number 2134... Told you i was smiling! Do i look nervous? One of the less sunny days... It actually looks calmer and more pleasant than it was... Beachy Head disappeared behind a cloud 5 minutes later. The shiny patches were more than just a fasion statement. A chance to relax in Eastbourne. Pete is still smiling inside! A happy Ian Things to aviod in the sea part 2! Ahhhhhh tea!
