To All ATA Members:

Last fall the Bylaw Revisions Committee was assigned the task to review and update the ATA Constitution and Bylaws. We have since gone through the entire document and found numerous things that need to be revised. We have deleted outdated language, added new information and changed the wording in various sections.

We ask that you read over our recommendations and let us know what you think. A vote to amend the document will be held on March 8, 2006. It will take a two-thirds vote by our membership to approve the changes to the Constitution and Bylaws.
