Meanwhile...

Another one of those 'life goes on' entries.

Up at 4:30 this morning. Some days sleep eludes me. Of course, i've been in a bad mood all day. Have to get some sleep tonight to prepare for going out with Ken and Masaaki tomorrow. Friday is Ken's last day at Sun. He rides off into a Sony sunset with a suitcase full of used notes.

The best bit of getting up early this morning was chatting with Mark H. at the end of a meeting. It's really cool when Mark ends a meeting by telling me about some new restaurant that he has heard about in Tokyo. I don't know, but i would imagine that, people walk out of those meetings slightly bemused.

It's colder than the chambers of a dead nuns heart out there tonight. By the time i'd walked back from the station i couldn't feel my face. More snow at the weekend if we are lucky. Over a meter last night in Kanazawa. How can i convince Masumi to move there? Answers on a postcard, etc.
