Hopefully, as you read this entry, you will note
that there is a new link at the bottom of it. I say hopefully because I'm not
one of the cool script kids and will not be sure if it's there until I upload
this update. If so, it should allow for an automated feedback system, similar
to the one offered on Livejournal, for those of you who are familiar with
it.
At first I can almost guarantee you
that the "feedback" page is going to be... well, it's not going to match the
rest of the blog, until I have a better idea of how it works and can design a
template for it. Bear with me on that.
If you want to provide me PRIVATE
feedback, use the email feedback link. If you want to provide PUBLIC feedback,
however, use the link labeled "Comments" (at least, I think that's what it's
called. As I said, I can't exactly see it at the moment).
Assuming this works, the "My Back is
Hungry" folder will be going away, as it will no longer be needed.
I really do appreciate any and all
feedback of either variety. Keep it coming,
everybody!
UPDATE! (At least one hour
later) I've managed to add links to other blogs and heathen sites. I had to
ensure proper English letters, because for some reason the Icelandic "th"
letters made a lot of the script unworkable. Boy, that was a pain. Hope you
like.
ANOTHER UPDATE! (A couple more
hours later) I've been playing with the cascading style sheets, and have managed
to make what I think are some pretty cool changes to the template. Mainly, this
round of changes are the boxes around each entry, the combining of the calendar
and "browse archives" section of the menu bar, The removal of the navigation
style on the top bar (it will now show only your current category as opposed to
a directory structure), and the movement of the categories to the top of the
menu bar. Again, hope you like. I've currently turned the box around the full
blog listing area on and off several times, and have decided for now to leave it
on.
