02/01/2007: "the hound"
My dog is not normal. Last night I went off for a knitting date and left the paper bag and leftover rice from my chinese takout sitting on the floor by my chair. Any other dog would have snarfed this down paper bag and all. Not my dog. She completely ignores the yummy food and instead wanders in to the bathroom and eats the rest of a bar of soap I had left sitting on the side of the tub. (She is totally fine - no soapy side effects.)
Baker loves soap too! If we're not careful he'll sneak into the bathroom and take the whole bar and carry it around in his mouth with a guilty look on his face.
