Canon Optura Pi: 180+ degree view, created from 15 images taken using the progressive scan mode. To assure minimal changes in the water and clouds, I found that I had to rotate the camcorder rather quickly through the arc. So I used 1/250s shutter speed. Unfortunately the water is calmest early in the morning, when sun is right across, so I had to wait for a cloudy day... Despite that the sky was still rather bright, so I bumped up the exposure a bit, which explains the over-exposure of the sky on the right side... Well, first attempt!

Canon Optura Pi: Same picture as above, but larger, at size grabbed from the camcorder (2560x444, 256K)

JVC GR-DVL9800U: "Pixel" the cat, hiding behind a wall. Taken in the still-shot mode at 1024x768 resolution.

JVC GR-DVL9800U: Sun reflecting off of windows. Taken in the still-shot mode at 1024x768 resolution.

Canon Optura Pi: Geese at dusk. In order to get a sharp image, I used high shutter speed, which made the scene appear darker than it was, but I like the effect.
