Tiger, finally!

The latest beta of DVD Juggler fixes the Amazon Lookup problem with Mac OS X Tiger.
There are still some issues with the internal video player, but using external players is a good workaround for now.

1. We know it's broken with Tiger, this will get fixed.
2. We know it's been far too long since the last update. This will be explained in the Developer Logs shortly.
3. There is a future for DVD Juggler. (In fact, getting DVD Juggler to work with Tiger is more difficult than getting DVD Juggler to compile for x86.)
