I don't wanna be no number" ~The Police, "Dead End Job" ![]() So I read this interesting article about what GenXers are looking for in their careers, and I gotta say it resonated with me. It's about empowering people and allowing them to use their creativity--and not treating them like children. The list of FORTUNE's Best Companies to Work For was also eye-opening. (Shout out to my Rochester friends: Wegmans is #2!) Working for a University certainly has its perks, but they're nothing like these.
