| A Tale of Two Classes (MSF @ ESS A + B) | | Date Created: May 22, 2005, 10:01 PM |
It was like the difference between night and day.
During the first weekend (5/14 + 5/15), the afternoon class was doing terrible, as a whole. The disparate mix of half inexperienced and half experienced (some with years and years of riding time) precipitated some frustration on the part of students and instructors.
The morning session was smooth sailing with students that learned quickly, listened and adapted well.
Noteworthy
-it was warm and sunny. At last.
-challenge of meeting the needs of experienced and rank newbie students in mix skill level classes
-a couple of cuties... including a pretty hot red head (too bad she had a boyfriend... who was in class with her)
-massive improvement (including passing) on a few of the women students. Some of which I was sure to wash out.
Overall, this was a pretty good weekend. Din-din on Sat. + Sun. with Austin and a few of the CAMA boys rang in the days of summer.
SV isn't back from SBK Italia yet... less than 500 miles `til the 6K valve adjustment on the 749... |
