The 749S is now less than 900 miles away from her first valve adjustment. I've already started saving up for this.
Friday was decent.
Chilly and slightly windy on Saturday
High windchilll + spats of rain and hail(!) on Sunday
Something is really wrong when hail is falling on my bike in late April.
It made for a longish weekend. Not quite as bad as the last.
Noteworthy
-really cute girl in class with these fantastic blueish-gray eyes (depressing-...she has a boyfriend)
-one student who didn't know what a clutch was for become our most improved student. Passed and showed massive improvement. Goes to show what a girl can do if she pays attention, tries things out and focuses. Better than a number of the guys in the class
-pi wheelies down Lambert in view of students. Priceless.
I think this went a bit better from a teaching/logistics standpoint than my first class of the year last weekend. I think I'm liking the Single range more and more... only drawback is no range aid.
