This website is! (Kind of.) Rather than maintain the eclectic sprawl that was my old website (which I hadn’t actually updated since December 2008!), I’m forking off this new website that will focus on just one or a few topics of particular interest to me ― and, I hope, to you! Beginning, evidently, with heraldry .

Heraldry has been an abiding interest of mine since I bought a copy of The Observer’s Book of Heraldry in a jumble sale at my primary school — something like forty years ago now.
