Debugging
Whenever I look under the Ghia there’s a bunch of new spiderwebs. I’ve been sweeping them away with a broom, but recently I got a look at the spiders - an unknown number of big black widows.
I’ve captured and disposed of two of them so far. There are more spiders left.
Last night’s spider had a white triangle instead of a red hourglass but looked pretty much the same to me. It ran up into the wheel well somewhere when I tried to capture it.
There’s at least one more living in the left heater tube. I think I’ll go after it with the vacuum cleaner.
Anna’s not really happy about me crawling underneath a spider’s lair. She’s sitting next to me right now, calculating life insurance costs on the USAA site. I expect I’d better find a way to get rid of the spiders.
And I feel safer (and so very stylish!) in my new mechanic’s coveralls. It’d take a very large and determined spider to chew through this thing.
