This house is now a home |

Dear all,
Just four days shy of the four-month anniversary of the accident, my boy is coming home tomorrow to stay.
For the first time, after seven+ weeks in intensive care in Regensburg, five+ weeks in rehab in Vogtareuth, and now exactly four weeks in Childrens' Care Hospital and School in Sioux Falls, Karl will be sleeping at home with Else, my mother, and me.
Thank you God.
I could give you a detailed update of Karl's progress, of all the new and wonderful things he is doing with his right hand, with his words, and with his wit, but tonight, that is all frosting.
My boy is coming home.
God is good.
