And then there were three...

When Gabriel left Genesis, three remained and it was no longer the same.

Likewise, there used to be a whole bunch working in a team of 30 or 40 and then there were only four left for a while, but now one of them is leaving and that leaves only three and it makes me wonder what it is going to be like going forward.

Mike H. is a great guy, he has been a rock of stability for many of us when we were being washed around by the great waves. His departure is going to leave a wide gaping hole for us but we hope he keeps in touch.

I thoroughly enjoyed our talks about the good old days and people whose names have long vanished from our email lists, in some cases more than one decade. I also enjoyed talking about old films, current affairs, the industry and all manner of things.

Mike has left a legacy behind as the caption on his farewell souvenir so appropriately says: "The best coach Mike, from past to present, the legacy lives on!". Chi has to help him hold it up for the photo, after all, it was his idea to make it so heavy.
