Magical Lahore Evening




LAHORE

Dinner in the part of Lahore known as the "old city" which surrounds the fort. This restaurant is adjacent to the Badshani Mosque but I chose to point my camera in the opposite direction for the shot above, to capture some local patrons who had climbed on to the roof in order to enjoy the view and a cool breeze.

A couple more views below that show the Badshani Mosque which is about 400 years old and can hold up to 60,000 worshipers at one time.
