| These are the Space Mountain Rockets. (what a motley crew riding there-in) The photo at the top is of the rocket vehicles at Disneyland, the photo below is of the vehicles at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando. The vehicles at Disneyland seat two across, and have music synchronized to the track playing from speakers in the headrests. The rockets at MK seat single file. Both have a train of two rockets, so a little math shows that at Disneyland there are 12 astronauts per rocket train, and 6 astronauts per rocket train at MK. If you find yourself on a Space Mountain Rocket, and you dont know where you are, just remember... Disnyland (Anaheim) seats are two across, Magic Kingdom (Orlando) seats are single file. |
