| This is a view of the Autopia track at Disneyland (above is missing because the Autopia at Disneyland is currently under construction ) and Walt Disney World (below). The major differences between the two Autopia attractions is that the Autopia at Disneyland is meant to be like driving down the freeways. When Disneyland opened in 1955, the Autopia looked rather barren, but in the years the vegetation has grown and filled in. The Autopia at Walt Disney World is meant to simulate a grand prix raceway. So if your car looks like a sporty convertible, you are most likely at Disneyland, if your car has a racing stripe and roll bar and looks more like a race car, you are at Walt Disney World. |
