Whether you
have known me for a few days or several decades i am sure of one
thing... you know about my Mini. I can't help it, i have been so
anxiously awaiting the day that my new car will come home, that
i can't stop talking about it. So as another outlet for my
anticipation... here is my Mini Cooper S Page.
I registered on this
website to get a FREE iPod Photo. All i have to do is complete
one offer (i chose a 2 week free trial to Blockbuster Online) and
get 10 friends to do the same. When you register, you are also on
your way to getting a free iPod Photo of our own!
After months of design, hard work, and quite a bit of waiting, my
custom built iPod dock is finally finished. I have mounted a modified
Apple iPod dock in my front cupholder and connected it to a Dension
Ice:Link system providing track and volume control through the Multi-Function
Steering Wheel (MFSW). All the wiring has been hidden beneath the
trim and underneath the carpeting giving it that original equipment
look. Enjoy!

On December 30th, My fiance' and i took the 3 hour trip to Ft. Lauderdale
to pick up my new MINI Cooper S! After only 3 days i have put about
400 miles on my car, mainly due to the drive home. Can't say much
now because i want to go play with my new toy, but here is a picture
taken the day after delivery in front of my grandmother's house.
Coming soon are the white bonnet sripes, black grille, and ice-link
interface between the MFSW and my iPod!

I recieved an e-mail today from my motoring advisor telling me that
my Mini had been "released to us the other day"!!!! At
this point i can't control my excitement as i put all of the pieces
in place to pick up my baby!
Happy Christmas to all! My stash under the tree this year included
several Mini related items among which were my black aero grille
kit, solid white bonned stripes (from CooperFlags.com), supercharger
bug screen, brake light jumpers, and several toys! Now I only need
the car to install them on!
On December 23rd 2003 my Mini arrived on US shores, more specifically
in Charleston, SC. The car is a little more difficult to track once
it is in the US, but i am assuming that it is now at the Vehicle
processing center undergoing its final inspection before it hits
the dealer. I am getting a little anxious!
As of December 12th 2003 my Mini has been loaded onto the Maersk-Teal
and is currently crossing the Atlantic towards it's final destination
at the VPC in Charleston, SC. My dealer has told me that it should
be available for delivery between Christmas and New Years!
As of December 3rd 2003 my Mini has completed production and is
now at the shipyards in Southhampton, UK waiting to be loaded aboard
the Maersk-Teal on December 12th for it's 11 day voyage to the Vehicle
Processing Center in Charleston , SC.
As of November 24th 2003 my Mini has been scheduled for production!
I have recieved a VIN number from Mini USA and my car will be moving
down the assembly line around the 2nd of January.
As of November 17th 2003 my Mini is offically on order! I have recieved
