Exercise
I joined a site to help stay motivated to exercise
and I have the option of listing my top 5 fitness activities. Of Course Soccer
is number one, Swimming is number two followed by hiking/backpacking. I did not
list biking because I do not have a bike. Evidently fishing is a fitness
activity so it is listed number four. Rifle/Pistol/Skeet, archery, and hunting
are listed and it seems about as strenuous as fishing, unless someone is
shooting at you (this would be paint-ball which is listed). I understand the
concentration involved, but I just do not see it as strenuous. I considered
Circus Aerials or the Flying Trapeze for my fifth, but I stuck with racquetball.

fitness?
