Pilsner
The current batch is a Pilsner brewed with the
healing properties of Hot Springs, AR water. The extract was on the shelf for
sometime and may be darker then most want, but color is not my number one
concern. The brew began fermenting within hours and will be ready for the
second fermenter tomorrow.
I will bottling the brew as I do not have the needed materials for kegging.
