This outfit is another cute top and skirt set from INC.
The top is pink with a tied bow as a cute accent.
The skirt is a black and pink checked pattern. It looks like an a-line skirt. But if you look closely it has a pleat about 6" before the hem to give it a bit more style.
This is a fall / winter outfit as the top is cotton and the skirt is wool.
The photos were taken at the same time as a Chihuly exhibit was being staged. Notice the lovely glass artwork.
