Pooling Colors Scarf

From Interweave Knits Fall 2004 issue. Knit with the recommended Schaefer Anne yarn.

Seeing the yarn wound into a ball almost made me reconsider the project. But, I'm glad I did it. The stripes aren't crisp, but they're clear. I think they'd look a little strange if they were very crisp, anyway. This scarf is LOOOONG. I mean, *really* *really* long. The stripes worked pretty well the whole way through. Folded shot #1. I decided I didn't mind the contrasting cast on/off look. No, really. It's long. Plenty of scarf for a generous loop. And this is before the stretching!
