making a purchase
Browse our online catalog to view product information. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You may view the contents of your shopping cart at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are needed to complete your order. All prices are in US dollars. We accept credit card payment ONLY – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. We CANNOT accept cash or COD orders online.

backorders
Items that are temporarily out of stock are placed on backorder. You will always receive email notification with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Most backorders ship within 6 weeks.

returns
Univenture has a 30-day return policy for all online orders. Items may be returned at customer’s expense and will only be accepted if product is received in original condition. Close out items may not be returned. Shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by a Univenture associate. Please contact Customer Service at 800-992-8262 for all return information.

tax charges
Orders shipped to the states of Ohio and Nevada are subject to state sales tax. All other orders are not taxed.

credit card security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud or security breaches using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted and are not retained on our web site.
