Thanatopsis09September 21, 2004. We found Thanatopsis09 after attending the huge Farm Technology Days event 4 miles east of here. Went from walking around with 30,000 noisy people, to walking around several hundred very quiet and peaceful people. Surprised by the number of Civil War veterans here. G.A.R. = Grand Army of the Republic? Also found many relatives of someone we know, our creamery' feildman John Bitney. Considering that this is a very small cemetery, I was surprised that we found several graves of people with our surname. Interesting. It was a very nice day and we spent some time here. TFTC!
