Pixley

Another great place to discover through geocaching. The park here has a new pavilion and bathrooms and showers next to a small camping area. It seems to be geared toward the ATV crowd. Very scenic lake with a sandy beach area and hiking trails leading to a few remote camping spots that are mainly accessible by boat/canoe. It was a beautiful day. The cache was hidden amongst some rock rip-rap next to the beach and took a while to find. A large dragonfly was kind enough to pose for a portrait on one of the rocks.
