As a general introduction to Chapter 15, “The Holy Instant,” I’ve uploaded a set of notes taken from a workshop I did with Robert Perry on the holy instant. The session was originally titled, “What it is.” It covers material from several chapters, all of which deals with the nature of the holy instant.

We will begin study of Chapter 15 when we reconvene in November, following the 8-week comprehensive overview of the entire Course I will be giving in September and October. I recommend reading through Chapter 15 at least once in the intervening months, and if possible, three or more times.

Last two weeks of class will be the final two weeks of May; no classes from May 5-17.

On Tuesday mornings when I am out of town (see message below on Notes on T-14.X...) Laura Dowd has volunteered to be present in our normal meeting place and to offer a time for open discussion of the Course. Feel free to come for the fellowship!

As of today (4/15), I have started recording MP3 files of readings of the Workbook lessons, which you can listen to and/or download. You can find these on the class website on the “Workbook Lessons Audio” page, listed in the sidebar navigation menu.

I won’t be able to record every day, so there will be gaps. I’ll try to fill in the gaps over time, but you won’t be able to rely on there being a reading every day as we go through the year. Eventually, I’ll record all of the lessons.

Some recordings will be done out of sequence as I record random lessons during our class meditation times.

I’ve posted the notes for T-14.X, “The Equality of Miracles,” which we’ll be studying on 4/14 (morning group) and 4/23 (evening group). Read online on the Text Commentaries page, or download from the Downloads page.

Please note that there will be no classes on the following dates, when I will be out of town at a Unity conference (April 28) and visiting my son and his family, and attending a genealogy conference, in North Carolina (May):

May 12 & 14 (Tuesday and Thursday)

There WILL be a class Thursday evening, April 30. This will bring the Thursday group back in sync with the Tuesday one.
