Ali Cat's Catering will deliver and pick up everything on "real platters" for free when ordering a "Special Brokers Open Package", within 10 miles when ordering, if it's over 10 miles, a $25 sur-charge will apply. All cutlery is provided free of charge when ordering with the package, otherwise, we do not automatically provide paper or plastic serving dishes, utensils and napkins unless arranged prior to the event. We will provide these items when specified BEFORE the event for a small fee of $2- per head. Utensils are "Silver Reflections" and Plates are "China Impressions" Plastic in White. All napkins are decorated in unique colors and designs. |

We offer extensive menu selections such as breakfast and cold luncheon buffet, alluring appetizers, "butlered" hors d'oeuvres, party trays, gourmet sandwiches, fresh, organic salads, ethnic specialties, hand-crafted desserts, and more! Our food is prepared to order, and is generally intended to be served at room temperature or slightly chilled, with a few menu exceptions. When ordering hot food, we apply a $25 Chaffing Dish rental fee. We specialize in fresh, healthy, delicious food with robust flavors. You'll find only the freshest available ingredients in our kitchen. In fact, most of our buying is done personally by Ali, the head chef. She purchases the finest organic ingredients from local farmers' markets, and specialty stores, selects only the season's freshest meats, fish, and poultry from the best local sources, and always knows where to get the best ingredients available. Why do we go to all this trouble? Because you'll taste the difference!

We have reputable, independently contracted servers who we can refer you to, as well as florists and party rental supply stores. Don't get stuck slaving away at your next party or event.
