Chef's rate is $75 per hour for any & all prep work on and off site for seated dinner/lunch events. Cost of food or time shopping not included in price.
Professional Servers: $35 per hour and will serve, tend bar & leave your kitchen cleaner than before they arrived. Required on all seated dinners, unless you have a staff that can perform those duties.
