Points of Interest
*guitar solos on I'll Remember April and Alone Together are only one chorus each but nonetheless impart the sense of completeness in their expression.

*within each solo, the tasteful use of contrast between dynamic, rhythmic, and melodic elements.

*The programming for this recording also appears to have been well thought out with contrast again being a primary consideration. For example, the respective forms of Alone Together and I'll Remember April is 14-14-8-8 and 16-16-16, tempos medium vs slow, minor key vs major, bass melody vs bass ostinato; etc.
