Open Eyes

Grandma Judy has informed us that the blog is short on photos of Baby G with her eyes open. That won't do! So here are some shots of her charming us with wide open eyes. She is a day short of being 2 months old. The beautiful afghan she's on just came in the mail from Great Grandma Flynn, so we thought we would let Greer try it out. You'll notice that she is getting big! The last time we saw Dr. Schwab she weighed 12 pounds, 1 ounce. We're guessing she's now around 13 pounds, which is very close to what ben weighed at this age. She's modeling her Born with Love at Home t-shirt, which says 6 months on the label, but it fits her just fine. And next week we are going to start using the next size up diapers, which is the same size Ben is wearing! Speaking of diapers, we are big fans of that little gizmo we're using to hold her diaper closed. It's called a snappi and it holds a diaper closed the same way an ace bandage stays closed, so Mama and Dadddy don't have to worry about poking her with a pin.
