Grand Teton National Park - part 2

Grand Teton is only 484 mi2 (1255 Km2) , thus approximately 7 times smaller than Yellowstone. It is also the name of the highest peak at 13 770 ft ( 4 197 m) .

It seems that the wildlife is more concentrated here. They have their places, and their times, habits Wapitis like to eat after 17:00 till dusk Bull Moose like aquatic plants, and thus are often spotted near lakes or rivers Can you see Ghyslaine looking for Bull Moose ? ( the white spot ! ) There ! And here they are ! The " baby " and the mother ! Bon Appetit ! Lakes often interconnect, bridges help when the ford is too deep. " You did not say " PLEASE " ! " Taller than the car, probably heavier as well . Yet so placid ! The clan, ... the father, ... and the calf ! So nice under a bright sun ! Lakes and Mountains, ... and.... lakes and mountains ... and again ! .. with an island, ...with a bigger island ! .... with a cowboy (imported) We have been looking for this one ! Black Bears are not aesy to spot ! They stay away, afar from visited pla... Thanks to Nikon and their good zoom lens ! Seen this one already ? Reflection End of trail ! So small, So peaceful, so soft ! That's tall ! For long trails, horse riding is a good idea ! But walking has its advantages ! The trail ends at this peninsula , middle of the lake Time to go back !
