I was going to continue work on doing Q(Fe) vs.
energy work for the Jan 20 2005 event, but Branislav called to day to request
some sort of summary plot for CPTs being run at APL for LET. Given that STEREO
is supposed to be my highest priority, I shifted work to
plot_stim_events_3.pro.
